"I have been a State Farm customer for 19 years. My original agent provided outstanding service, but after retiring during COVID, the agency was sold to this office. Unfortunately, my experience has declined significantly ever since.

The most serious issue was that my auto insurance policy was canceled without my knowledge. Michelle told me that the office had called to notify me before the cancellation. However, I never received a phone call, voicemail, email, or mailed notice advising me that my policy was at risk of being canceled. Based on my records and experience, I received no communication before the cancellation.

After being a loyal customer for nearly two decades, I expected much better service and communication. Instead, I was left to deal with a policy cancellation that could have had serious consequences. Rather than taking responsibility, I felt I was given inaccurate information about the office’s attempts to contact me, which only added to my frustration and told me I would need a new policy as the old one could not be reinstated.

Communication has been poor, follow-up has been inconsistent, and I have repeatedly had to chase down answers. The one exception has been Manny. He has always been professional, responsive, and willing to help. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the rest of the office.

After 19 years with State Farm, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I hope this agency improves its communication, accountability, and customer service so other customers do not experience what I did."
